I use to make smoothies for breakfast and sneak this green powder in to make sure my son was getting at least something green in his diet. Then I discovered that it actually tastes really good. Sometimes I just mix a scoop of it with almond milk. Then recently I had the idea to add it to my overnight oats and was pleasantly surprised. It takes about a minute to mix up and is very portable if you are on the run or need to pack it with you.

Overnight Green Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (I didn’t use instant but you could)
- 1 Tbsp chia
- 1-2 tsp green powder
- 3/4 cup of your choice of milk
- sweetner if you like. I find it’s sweet enough from the almond milk and the greens.
Add all ingredients into a mason jar, shake. Store in fridge overnight. Enjoy.
