About a month ago we went to Orlando and stayed at the JW Marriott Grand Lakes. It was an amazing trip, with great weather, good food and fun family time. We were usually burnt out every night from touring the parks, so we ate at the hotel restaurant, Whisper Creek Farm, which was also delicious. And every night I had this incredible salad. I love salads, but when it comes to salad dressings I really lack creativity, so I was beyond happy to score this gem. Another plus is it makes a big batch you can keep in the fridge for a long time.
